What you can do
File lease / tenancy stamp duty against an IRAS-issued SDID. Multi-tier rent, multi-party leases, and HDB or private addresses are supported.
How payment works
The platform files the document with IRAS; the tax itself is paid directly to IRAS via myTax Portal. We don't collect or hold payment.
Compliance
Personal data hosted in Singapore; PDPA-aware logging; 7-year audit log; stamp certificates archived per the Stamp Duties Act.
